It has nearly died more times but I recognized the low idle and let off the brake a little to get it moving and the RPM normalized. Occasionally at idle the RPM goes down to about 500 or so. I was relieved when I got the letter because it describes an ongoing issue I've had with the car. Has anyone managed to get their dealer to do this work? My dealer is wanting to charge me a diagnostic fee, and if they don't find an issue as described by the bulletin I'll be out the $100. Make an introduction post and be sure to include pictures!
